The Castle | 2023 Red Blend

At the Castle, the Count waits with wine, dark as his shadow...

Intense ruby in color, this refined blend offers aromas of ripe cherries and black currant. On the palate, it is full and well-structured, with round tannins balanced by a creamy acidity. The long, seductive finish is accented by lingering spice, making it an excellent companion to grilled red meats or lamb.

The Volcano | 2021 Red Blend

The lost ending: Castle Dracula perishes with The Count himself…

An intense red with ruby nuances, this bold blend layers ripe berries, black cherries, and cassis over hints of dark chocolate and a subtle, savory musk. The palate is full-bodied and fruit-forward, supported by ripe, well-integrated tannins. Are we certain The Count is dead…?

Deep and densely hued, this powerful blend benefits from a good decant to fully reveal its depth. Aromas of ripe black fruit mingle with hints of spice, tobacco leaf, and dark chocolate, leading to a full-bodied palate wrapped in velvety, well-integrated tannins.
